Refund policy
Simply Signed Sealed and Delivered has a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received, have an original production malfunction, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Each return or refund request will require an approval from us. To start the return or refund request, you can contact me at saramills331@gmail.com. Please send photos of the sign showing the damage. If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label via email. *Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6514 Lincoln Ave Windsor Heights, IA 50324

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged, has broken or unattached parts, or if you have received the wrong item. We will make every effort to make your purchase correct.
Refunds
You will be notified if your request has been approved, once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
